Barbacoa

Today I picked up some wines we won at a recent auction. One lot included a single magnum which we don't have suitable storage for, so we are starting in on it tonight. This is our first magnum, and also our first Napa Sangiovese (far from the most common grape for the area). It is quite a lovely mature wine, and very Napa tasting in spite of not being a Cab (chocolate, pleasantly prickly tannin).
