On Top

Walked to the top of the hill to the Trincomali overlook with friend from the boat at the dock….to see the spectacular display of foxglove and daisies up there in the sun.    Since the broom has been removed from a large part, the flowers are going crazy—it’s gorgeous!   (another in the extra) 

The wind did come up after all last night from about 10-2….. over 20 knots but not over 30.   Just noisy.  They were ok. The boat left about 1:00 and I had a 1:00 zoom with my 2 old friends, but one of them forgot!! so then had to call me later….so I’m now totally talked out …the quiet will be very nice.   As will eating on the deck. 

My apple pencil has disappeared…most frustrating…there’s no where for it to go but we’ve looked everywhere.    Maybe I”ll try to get a cheaper replacement and hope it turns up.   It’s really frustrating to use my finger to sketch.
