I'm Not Sure...

This afternoon we visited Gordon Rigg's Garden Centre for some plants.  I'm not much of a gardener so I spent time exploring whilst Mrs MD did plant selection.
I came across this rather strange creation.  I'm not sure what it depicts, but it had a £3,999.99 price tag on it....
To my mind £399.99 would be too much.  Maybe £39.99 would be nearer the mark, but I'm not sure.... :-)
