How much do I ache today?! I thought I was getting reasonably fit - yesterday's digging up the garden followed by football proved otherwise. It didn't help that we ended up playing four a side instead of five. Good few pitch 'burns' to show for my efforts too. Can only be easier next week.

Still managed a decent walk this afternoon though.
