Rise ...

... another sculpture by Andy Scott
This one is 6m tall and was placed at Glasgow Harbour, a development of flats by the River Clyde, in 2008. It is meant to represent the regeneration of the river and the spirit of the city of Glasgow. 
Many of the buildings are currently being reclad. 
The extras show views of the flats that overlook the river.
