Trailrun

Went running for the first time for a while. The first months of the year I had issues with my heel and needed to give it a rest. A month ago I got COVID for the second time and though it wasn't bad I took time to rest properly afterwards. Given the lack of exercise this year it went a lot better than I thought. It was wonderful to run in the forest after another interruption.
