Tardebigge

If you look carefully in the centre of this shot, you will see some roofs of some canal boats at the top end of the Tardebigge flight of locks between Bromsgrove and Redditch.  This flight of locks is the longest in the UK.  The locks are on the Worcester and Birmingham Canal.  There are 30 narrow locks on a two and a quarter mile stretch of the canal.  It is a beautiful stretch of canal and this morning was a particularly beautiful one to be looking across the countryside.

I have been to see two Care/Nursing homes today, both of which I really liked.  Definitely a case of you need to pay for what you hope you are going to get.  They were both lovely and I hope that Dad may be able to go to one of them.  More assessments needed.
