Pond Life

Another hot and sunny date, just a little bit of patchy cloud around for a couple of hours. My car got covered in Saharan dust a week ago and as I've got a long drive tomorrow, I washed it first thing before it got too hot. I also did some admin, some more deadheading, watched a bit of the tennis at Eastbourne whilst doing some ironing, sat outside reading and had a nice chat with my neighbour. I noticed a waterlily had bloomed in the pond so got my camera and long lens for a blip and found a couple of damselflies mating on it. It was going to just be a full waterlily photo, but I couldn't resist a close up.
