The Hills are alive with the Sound of Music!!

Well not really the best attire to traipse around dry muddy fields, but the sun is shining so how could i stick jeans and wellies on?? I was very tempted to sing all the way round but i didn't you will be pleased to know!!

The day started at 5.30 am again, i just keep waking as soon as the sun comes up, so i saw that lovely sunrise again, the chickens were let out and the dogs all watered and fed by 6.30 and kids deposited at friends by 8. Then to the gym for another workout, i have not stopped gym yesterday morning, kickboxing last night and pt session this morning I have become obsessed again, I love it!!!

Right better dash off to do some work then pick the kids up!!!
