The Long Pond

As I was heading to town for groceries and the library, I glanced at the pond. The goose family was hanging out in the grassy bit before the water. Mom, Dad and 4 almost grown geese. I decided I would stop on my way home for a quick picture. The geese had vacated to other parts and I had to be very careful where I stepped as there is LOTS of goose poop everywhere and it's not like dainty rabbit poo....
I thought it was looking quite pretty and summery today even though we only got up into the 60s.
I'm still feeling very exhausted since the end of school. I may have a combination of allergies and a bit of a cold which doesn't really surprise me. No covid.... :-)
