270 Of 365: K 1000

Pentax K1000 bought in 1980 and is coming up for its 42nd birthday. Been with me to many places, from Germany to The Falklands (during the 1982 conflict) to two tours of Northern Ireland before I retired from the Army in 1991.

I've changed the battery powering its light meter and other than a good cleaning, it looks to be ready for some more action. Found a load of 35mm cassettes which can be reloaded with fresh film and the bulk film canister in the loft just the other day. Been looking on the internet for bulk slide film and £6 developer. Fingers crossed.
