Sprint final a l'arrivee

Putting my name into the lottery for this year's Kobe Marathon yesterday obviously gave me some extra impetus as this evening I ran my fastest ever time for ten kilometers. Usually I have to race this track so that I reach home before it finishes; this evening I arrived home before the track started. Thank you, Messrs. Hutter and Schneider for the perfect pace-training album!

Tour De France - Kraftwerk

As I was running this evening, I had a wonderful daydream. Imagine being sponsored to run the route of the Tour De France to raise money for charity. Now wouldn't that be something!
