Gate

This gate is within a fence which, for safety reasons, encloses a road bridge over the train line. It's locked of course, and is illuminated by the setting sun.

Not a bad day. Dentist first thing, followed by a couple of loads of washing, a roam through the local streets and finishing up with a ripper concert, 'Inspired by Bach'. The first number was a symphony by C. P. E. Bach, followed by a violin and oboe concerto by J. S. Bach, then a string symphony by Felix Mendelssohn. A lively foot tapping feast. I heard every note.

The extra is something I snapped with the phone on the way out of the concert. The bird cages are an installation expressing hope for bird survival.
