The First Waterlily

Always nice to see the waterlilies at the pond.  I could hear the frogs splashing and there was a hoard of dragonflies about.  Summer has come to the pond.  Our weather continues to be near perfect but a day of rain would be good as things are beginning to dry out.  Wild fires are always a danger in the summer when it gets very dry.  But at least our temperatures are mild and the horrible heat has stayed away...for now.
