My New Favourite

This book will be treasured for sure.....I am sure you are nearly sick of me going on about Live Below the Line (Please stick with me, I will try to make it interesting), but the OzHarvest Crew are amazing, especially the founder Ronni Kahn.

To be saving food that would normally end up in landfill and passing it on to charities, is a simple but brilliant idea, and they have helped to give millions of meals to those in need.

This book is full of great recipes from great chefs and the money from it has gone to OzHarvest, so it will have pride of place in the bookshelf.
