Pork Chop

Pork chop, zucchini, and rice with caramelized onion.

I made a big batch of caramelized onions from two absurdly massive Maui onions, and this is the first use they have seem. Tomorrow I look forward to a pissaladière for lunch, after which I'll portion and freeze the remaining onion.
