Free Lunch

Relaxing morning today. No 3 son off to work. Brunch for son no 1 and his girlfriend, they’re off to Mallorca tonight. I took them into Edinburgh and while Sinèad was packing, Dan took me out to lunch at a cafe nearby. A rare occurrence!
I drove them both to the airport after lunch. No traffic on the way there but the sat nav took us on a convoluted route. I realised why on the way home, there was a massive jam on the bypass going west! No 3 son staying over in Edinburgh so very quiet at home. Sad that it’s the longest day already. I love the light nights.
