Danish oil

Oiling half of the kitchen work surface today with Danish oil. The one thing that gets my goat is the spelling of the name of the trestles I'm using - Faithfull. Call me a pedant if you like. The worktop is made of bamboo, tough, beautiful. Off cuts from some professional kitchen job.
