Not mine, the moon's!

Hugely busy yesterday...so a very late blip!

Headed out with the intention of buying fennel for this recipe but got sidetracked into sweet potatoes instead, the orange really works with them and the chicken!

Also spotted the most beautiful aubergines so sliced and griddled them, made a ragu, and now we have Aubergine Parmigiana ready to go for Wednesday.

AND homemade soup from the freezer for tonight.

Then on the way to bed I saw this gorgeous moon....not full til Thursday, but very bright.

And we have a Lunar Eclipse to look forward to at the end of the week!
