Lane Community College New Downtown Center

Our conversational Spanish class is in the new downtown center of Lane Community College.

We've enjoyed watching the creation of this building from a hole in the ground.

It is a pleasure to be inside occasionally looking out, as we pursue our Spanish speaking skills development.

The statue of Eugene Skinner, sitting outside the front door of Eugene City Library, supervised the construction of the LCC Downtown Center.

Now Mr. Skinner watches the students come and go, including Kathy and I.
