Buffalo Chicken Dip

Probably as American as you can get with a dip. Cheesy. Spicy. Tasty. Sodium. Definitely will kill your weight watchers points. BUT it's so worth it.

I made this for my work luncheon tomorrow. It's my favorite dip and it is a hybrid recipe ala Heather Mallon and my mother in law Connie Maxey I'd say on the ingredients they both share the same items for the most part, on how to prepare and what heat setting I owe it to Maw ( my mother in law ).

Not to mention it calls for the best hot sauce on the planet - Frank's Red Hot. It's definitely hot sauce but it also has flavor and isn't watery or runny like Tabasco or Texas Pete to a lesser degree.

I really enjoy my job and my coworkers are the best! Makes going to work fun and enjoyable. Can't wait to see what everyone else prepared!
