Minnie and Friend!

Here is Moira looking a little tired but holding on to her balloon and her new friend, Minnie Mouse.

I am not sure who is more tired, Moira, myself, or my parents this evening. I think I took on more than I should today. We started off very early picking up my parents (who are 89 and 87) and crossed the bay to Tampa to go shopping. My father wanted me to help him buy a pair of jeans and a belt. That might not seem like a big deal but it was. My wonderful father is still wearing the last belt he bought 30 years ago and the last pair of jeans that he bought when he retired in 1986. I am not joking. He has been looking for a pair of jeans that he likes for the past year (and maybe longer). So this was a bit over due! For six hours we went in almost every store trying on countless pairs of jeans, ate lunch, let Moira run around in the play area, and visited the disney store. On the way out of the mall, Moira saw this Balloon in a department shoe store and they were so sweet to give one to her. She never let Minnie or the balloon leave her hands for hours.

With a grateful heart, I can say that my father is very happy as he is the proud owner of a new pair of jeans and a handsome new belt!
