unbelievable?

Dad sent me this photo, shocked that the hospital now has a clothes shop. He said it was "unbelievable" but I don't think it is. I do wonder what it stocks though.

Great evening with a mate I last saw in 2010. Spent the last few hours putting the world to rights and I've just gone to bed. She's still watching tv but its late enough for me!
