Spent the day with the missus and had a jaunt about town. She had her usual sweet crepes but she put the idea in my head from last night that she wanted pancakes. The whole day I wanted pancakes and wasn’t sure where to go. We went about choosing places and we settled for the Happy Pancake. I didn’t know that Soufflé Pancakes were a a Japanese thing. They’re lovely. I’m used to the regular western style pancakes but this is much more delicate and perhaps sophisticated. It melts in your mouth. Try it if you have the chance.
