You know it is summer when there are more pleasure boats tied up at the wharf in Eastern Passage than there are fishing boats.
After brunch today I had 2 more quotes booked. One of them has turned into a job already. She knew how much she wanted to spend and asked if I could do it for the price she gave me. I said yes, so she said to put her on my list.
The other quote is for a design/build project. She knows that the build part will not happen until September.
Another 10 days and I will be taking a weekend off. I usually plan a Canada Day trip with a friend, but this year I am going whale watching on July 2, so will say closer to home for July 1.
