Marsh orchid.

A day on the sofa trying to return to normal eating, Not getting much sleep. Lot's of little naps so I don't feel tired but I haven't much energy.  The pain makes even a little bit of activity draining.  An e-mail from Alison suggesting a meet up next week so I've filled her in on what's happened. I don't think we'll meet till the end of July.  However I did photograph the marsh orchid that appeared in my garden last year and which has come up again.  The two spotted orchids have come up again too but are not yet in flower.
