Gardening tips!

Thinning out carrots is always a bit tricky as this is the time when the dreaded carrot fly can strike.
I’ve tried to protect them by putting a mesh round the carrots so we will see.
But what to do with the thinnings!
If they are left around, the smell of them can attract the little pests.
