Swim

Early morning swim with friend H, and this time I went in gradually off the beach and swam properly. It was so peaceful a few metres offshore, and felt marvellously invigorating,

The nearby kiosk wasn’t quite open but the nice young guy made us coffees anyway. He had no bread yet so he toasted me a scone! (I didn’t want my tum rumbling in yoga afterwards as H and I are liable to the odd bout of infectious giggling!)

Rest of day very busy prepping for trip back to England tomorrow. Made dinner for bro and sis in law who got back from France this eve. While we were eating the sultry weather broke into a storm. Great timing for boat travel in the morning!
