Linseed flowers

My photo doesn’t really do justice to this field of linseed which is just coming into flower in one of the fields close to my daughter’s house. I will no doubt take another photo in the weeks to come. It looked beautiful. We called in to Lucy’s today with a healthy fruit salad and some books. She’s on day 4 of covid and feeling very weary. We didn’t loiter and stayed outside. Hopefully she’s past the worst now in terms of her recovery.
