Dave and Pedders

Both competing this weekend in the South of England show in Portsmouth. They've both been on a strict diet to shed nearly all the fat in their bodies.

For the last 6 weeks Davids (on the left) has been enjoying this tasty sounding menu:

Breakfast, 6 egg whites and 25g of oats.
Then white fish 5 times a day with 30g of sweet potato and a protein shake before bed.
Now as the competition draws near he drops the sweet potatoes prior to a 3 day 'carb up' before the show on Sunday.

Dave is a veteran body builder and has many competitions under his belt but has never felt more at ease and in control before a show. He's convinced that Big Ricky (for whom he's doing this sponsored comp) is looking down, supporting him through this ordeal. I've no doubt that this is true.
