Circus act

A had her ballet presentation today. Think we managed a passable hairdo… haven’t had a lot of practice yet - she’s usually the scruffy-looking (for ballet, at least) kid in class because she doesn’t much like it being done and/or we’re running late and/or can’t find hair ties and/or can’t be bothered. Anyway, she enjoyed the session, and we get to go watch her dance next weekend.

The day continued less well, with E doing an absolutely epic spew all over a puzzle he’d been doing, and also on my socks. Had to cancel an afternoon with old friends that we haven’t seen for ages, lest we give them all whatever E has. Turns out he probably didn’t have much though - no further vomits so far. Hopefully we can get out and do something tomorrow. A and J went out for a ride down to the river and plein air art session, but E and I are pretty cooped up…
