Scorzonera

A Mediterranean plant grown for its root and flower. For lunch today we tried the flower head along with sprouted mung beans, goats cheese, sun dried tomatoes and sourdough bread. Quite honestly the flower is a beauty to look at, but nothing to shout about for taste.

Less rain today with a warm sunny afternoon, we dashed outside to work.

And Grey Boy this morning, another night time stopover, he is excelling his stay of home duties, all the more so when he asks for a cuddle, or does he mean FOOD?
