It was walked off

A very hot Friday in school today - 31 degrees on the car on the way home and I think it had probably reached that by about two o’clock. There was a bit of a breeze which made it a little less fierce. Generally a day of meetings for me which were relatively productive. And then left with the last student whose bus had failed to follow the correct route. Home to Bailey to let some air into the house before we headed out to the pub with the favourite people. This was my dessert and very nice it was too. The bestest friend and I walked home and caught up whilst Bailey travelled home in style with his favourite. A good end to the week for both of us.
