Scorcher today. Arrived at the market early around 9.30am and had whizzed round and back home by 11.30.  Spotted the blip while in the market.

Glugged at least 3 large glasses of cold water when I reached home.  The breeze has been very warm today.

Visited neighbour for chat, chilled elderflower cordial and pastel de natas. 

Another warm night forecast tonight.  Second night with the fan running.

Second chiropractor appointment tomorrow.  She's done wonders.
