New Quay and Cwmtydu

We cycled down into New Quay this morning, stopping at the excellent New Quay Coffee Company and then on down to the Harbour.  Fish and Chips for lunch - in bright sunshine - then back up the hill, and down to Cwmtydu on the recommendation of another cyclist who had stopped at the coffee shop.

My blip is a three shot panorama of the pebble beach at Cwmtydu.  An 'interesting' decent down a switchback road - we were glad of having disc brakes.  We took a shallower route back to the campsite, but with the electric assistance very welcome.
Still - 400+ metres of ascent in ~18km, tomorrow might well be a rest day :-) On Strava if you want to enjoy the route profile.

In the extra, a take on waste disposal and cycle parking we've not come across previously ... I'm sure someone did what they thought was best ... but no idea why :-)
