Planning ahead

A trip to Cockermouth today because of the forecast for heavy rain this afternoon.
It was the right decision and we only got a bit damp as we finished the town trail. Depressing to see Jennings is now Carlsberg-Marstons and it looks like it is a depot and not a brewery any more. The shop and tours were closed and it didn’t smell like a brewery either.
Bought a couple of books in the bookshop come cafe where we also had lunch.
Back to the lodge on the bus and the afternoon spent working out a trip for tomorrow which is forecast to be dry with light winds and good visibility.
