House of Fun

In Parliament for a meeting today. Halfway through all the lights went out - and stayed out. Rumours of a "muffled boom"...a knacked generator, apparently. No panic here - stiff upper lips all round, at least until it became clear that the toilets in Portcullis House don't work without electricity.
