Mr Kipling....
.....has been extremely helpful with providing me high doses of sugar lately. Much needed fuel for my 12 hour days on 4ish broken hours sleep. Even blipping is too much at the moment.
We have just started the third week of my husband working in Wimbledon. His training time has coincided nicely with two kids who are either teething, ill or had a nightmare. So with 1am pick ups at the station, crazy o'clock starts and all of the above in between I'm burnt out.
Thank heavens for the slightly warmer temperatures we are getting!
Started the day with taking my mum to the doctors on the order of an out of hours doctor. She is suffering with Torticollis. To you and me that's unbearable pain. It is effecting her neck and therefore can't move, eat or sleep.
Back home for a quick lunch then off to the garden centre for some courgette plants as mine have been eaten by the sodding slugs! Stopped at the soft play area to let the kids burn off some energy.
Then a quick walk into town to get a few bits followed by a mad session in the kitchen to knock up dinner. Chicken, leek and sweetcorn pie with baby corn, green beans and sweet potato mash.
I'm on my own tonight as the hubby is being put up in a hotel for the night. I would normally have trouble sleeping when he's away but tonight I have no doubt in my mind that I will be well and truly zonked by the time my head touches that pillow.
I'm currently up with Chei but as soon as she's down I'll be following suit, right after I have tidied up the toys and cleaned the kitchen :-(
