H, And The Monster

A former colleague whom I'd not seen for 15+years since he returned to Germany, and his family, arrived today for a couple of nights stay.  There was a request for a boardgame this evening so we settled on a 6-player cooperative game, Sub Terra.

We had an unlucky run of cards and tiles and only H managed to escape the cave - the rest of us got eaten by invisible monsters.  It happens.

There was a glorious, deep red moon this evening, the colour of which I totally failed to capture in the few minutes it was clear of the trees.  It eventually dawned on me (the next day) that White Balance was set to Auto.  Duh.  Turned that off now...
