Climbing Rose

The hottest day of the summer so far for us today.
We have friends coming for a meal this evening (A&A) so shopping this morning for supplies and for the weekend. 
Ms S is collecting her new, electric car today, so more excitement. Stanley and I have been pottering in the garden and trying not to get too hot.
This climbing rose is on the arch that separates the vegetable from the herbaceous sections of our rear garden. In previous years many blooms have become mouldy with the damp and dropped off. This year they are at their best with many beautiful, scented blossoms.
