Short hop in the chop

Conditions looked good yesterday evening. In the time it took us to get the boat out the SW wind had stiffened. We set out anyway and made good, if lumpy progress against the wind, but working across the wind provided more problematic with the wind and chop. With the possibility of the wind increasing yet more, we turned and headed back, leaving the conditions to the hardened dinghy sailors.
