The centre reminds me of liquorice allsorts, one of my favourites.
I have finished the hedge cutting and filled the car with all the bags ready for early tomorrow visit to tip. I have a swollen painful foot came on yesterday, I have had this before and with rest (!) and Ibuprofen it went away. Being a full time carer I cannot have set backs……
