Planting a Tree

………………..……..for the Queen’s Jubilee!

An afternoon of excitement with the WI…we know how to roll!! Not hard to see which way the prevailing winds come from and no doubt out little rowan tree will succumb to a similar shaping in due course. Tea and scones followed.

A mostly gorgeous day…except whilst the tree was being planted, hopefully some more fine weather the next few days too.
