I enjoyed this image of DJ Charles D on our way to college today. 

Our college group was small in number but big in heart. I love this particular group and their willingness to share with honesty and vulnerability and a lot of humour.

Run club was super hot and sweaty tonight. I forgot that the one downside of summer is super sweaty runs, even later into the evening. It was a fun run though, with Mike rounding up the stragglers like his normal sheepdog-like self! Ali made delicious treats for after the run so it was worth the effort.
