There's a lot you can't see properly - blame the unsteady hand! The black shape in front of the fire is a black hat -I didn't see it! The black square in the bread oven, which has an opening door, and the faint '15' at the back of the fire is '1587', and is based on the fire backs made by some of the Sussex iron masters. The utensils are a bit of a mixture -some coming from my other doll's house the last time they were played with!
