Room with a View

Spent some of the morning cleaning windows but couldn’t remember how I’d made the ladder reach a couple of them so gave up. Seemed like a good excuse. Then it was off to meet Peter and Alex for lunch and onward to see how S’s mum was doing. She’s pretty much recovered and getting home soon so that’s good news. Here’s the view from outside her room; not too bad really if you like panoramic, mountain views.
On the way home we had a request to stop by P&A’s and help with a new jigsaw puzzle so by the time we eventually got home the day was almost done. Just enough time to get to the drinks market before they shut and then grab a late dinner on the terrace, watching the swifts zip about again as they got their own dinner sorted!
