Looking for a love.....

Here is a tri-colored heron in breeding plumage.

I had to wait on this guy to cross in front of me, thought about blipping him.

I went to a new place this morning, Emerald Marsh in Lake County, just a little south of me. I walked the dikes 6-8 miles. There was a very wide variety of birds, but nothing new. Overcast, drizzling, not a really good day for picture taking, but I managed a few. I am really looking forward to going back with some good morning sunshine.
