Mobility

I was released from in-home Physical Therapy this morning , four weeks after my hip replacement. I'm doing really well. I'll see my surgeon on June 27th and see what he says about beginning PT at an out patient facility near home( just past the dump, Dolly, near the Shaws grocery shop). I managed this photo myself with my iPhone and Apple watch, and regained flexibility and balance.
