Teenager

The juvenile birds have been out in force today.  This afternoon was a magpie and parent with the juvie shouting at it's parent for food.  Every time it shouted, the parent flung some seed on the bird table at it's offspring, and said offspring looked blankly at the see and shouted again.  The lesson was not being learnt.

The crow friends in the park also had an adolescent in tow, also being pretty vocal.  This one eventually did get fed but only after a lot of noise.  I think the adult is doing a great job of the 'harrassed parent' look.
