More fence painting

When this Council van pulled up onto the pavement. I politely asked him to move onto the road.I said I was fed up tripping on broken pavements.
I asked why he didn't go on the parking bay? Where? Across the road! 
so he did. I said  You'll be old and miserable one day :):):)
they're working opposite side 6 doors along.
P.S.I chased another one yesterday:):):) 
it was to save hubby giving them a telling off !!
